30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, uninstalled, with original packaging, labels and laser codes intact. Order proof is required for all requests.
Shipping Cost Rule
- Seller covers return shipping: Damaged goods, wrong items, confirmed factory defects within 30 days (we provide prepaid label).
- Buyer bears all return shipping: Wrong VIN/model fitment, change of mind, incorrect quantity. Original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.
Return Process
- Email sales@takeautopart.com with order number, product photos, vehicle VIN
- Wait for official approval; unauthorized returns will be rejected
- Ship back to warehouse-matched return address after confirmation
Refund Info
We inspect returns within 5–7 working days. Refunds go to your original payment method, bank delays may apply.
No refunds available once the 30-day window expires.
Non-Returnable Goods
Installed/modified/damaged parts, custom aftermarket components.
Lithium Battery Reminder (TPMS/ECU/TCM)
Keep original sealed packaging when returning built-in battery sensors; exposed loose batteries cannot be shipped via courier.
Exchanges
If you need a different matching part, apply for return first. We can send a replacement directly after receiving and checking your item, no need to reorder separately.
12-Month Limited Warranty
All auto parts carry a 12-month warranty from purchase date.
Coverage
Only factory manufacturing defects under professional installation & normal vehicle use; we offer free repair or replacement.
Warranty Exclusions
Normal wear & tear, DIY improper installation, accident/water damage, unauthorized modification, physical breakage.
Warranty Claims
Email sales@takeautopart.com with order number, VIN, product laser code and fault photos/videos.
After the 30-day return window, only repair/replacement is available — no cash refunds.
Damaged/Wrong Items on Receipt
Inspect your parcel right after delivery. Contact us immediately with photos if items are broken or mismatched, we will resolve within 48 hours.
